Pudong Lu Jia Zui Twin Frame Center

The design of the Twin Frame Center is a new landmark for LJZ. With its strong massing, elegant proportions, flexible floor plate, and attractive materials, the project provides ideal accommodations for a wide range of forward-looking companies. The site plan of the new Twin Frame project creates a visual landmark at the important South Yang Gao Road and E Shan Road intersection. The north and south elevations of the project have the distinctive open profile "Frame" design, which are clearly seen from the main vehicular approaches. The "Frame" appears to float over the podium. The major east and west elevations have characteristic punched windows with regular, classic proportions. A metal-clad linear canopy marks the major entrance axis and leads visitors to the major entrance lobbies.

The project is divided into two separate towers, each with its own circulation core. The towers are linked at ground and basement level by a parking/circulation podium, and by a sky bridge that spans between the two towers at every other floor.

Tenants have the flexibility to take a portion of a single floor, or the entire floor, or multiple floors in a single tower, or even bridging across to the neighboring tower. Vehicles approach the entrance drop off via ramps. Parking is available at ground levels of basement level. A basement level canteen has daylight access.

The major exterior materials include:
" Large-format composite material tiles
" Metal panel and louver assemblies, with factory-finished color coatings
" Brushed metal spandrel covers and horizontal fins
" Clear anodized aluminum windows, with thermally insulated frames
" Insulated glazing, with low-emissive coatings
" Granite paving

Other building features include:
" Raised floor for power/data services
" Integral window washing equipment
" Concealed locations for floor-by-floor condenser equipment
